I have friends who immigrated to Canada some years ago, and who want to move their small semi-personal/semi-commercial website from a US webhoster to a Canadian webhoster.

Any recommendations for a reliable, affordable hoster over there, where you get people on the phone and customer-oriented solutions. Something akin to Netcup or Mittwald over here.
